The Estrela Parish Council breathes innovation, and this is the basis of its Public Service to the Community. Estrela stands out for its technological advancement, which fosters a direct relationship with the Community it serves through digital platforms.

 

The first platform developed was GeoEstrela, where residents can easily report public space issues with a photo taken on their smartphone.

Since then, other platforms have emerged to meet the most diverse needs, such as EstrelaSegura, EstrelaParticipa, EstrelaCircular, GeoSenior, Chame o Lixo. 

 

Since 2015, Estrela has been recognised every year for good practices and innovative projects.

 

With innovation and technology, Estrela develops unique solutions that promote ways of simplifying residents' lives, thereby improving quality of life.
